Saint Therese of Lisieux - I will Let the Roses Rain

Marie Františka Terezie Martinová (1873–1897) known as Saint Therese of Lisieux had, we could say exaggerating a little, two professions: a contemplative life of a nun and poetry. She wrote poems with the same ease as she was breathing or praying, composing them with a spontaneous joy as a novice, young nun and shortly also as a consumptive awaiting her agony. Her strong will and deep belief helped her overcome any obstacle in her life. Although she died at the age of 24 her poems remain the incarnation of her being into the life.
